An eventual replacement to its predecessor Advantage T/A, the Advantage T/A Sport tire by BFGoodrich is an all-season touring tire that features improved traction, handling, braking performance, ride comfort, and tread life.

BFGoodrich uses an advanced silica-enhanced tread compound. The Advantage T/A Sport tire combines with an asymmetrical tread pattern to enhance traction and handling. It is basically designed keeping the performance factors in mind and built for the owners of coupes, sedans, minivans, and other vehicles.

BFGoodrich has optimized the footprint and delivers quick steering response, as well as improved cornering stability, all because of the tire’s continuous center rib, which creates constant contact with the road. Moreover, its Next Generation ETEC (Equal Tension Containment) System helps deliver confident handling and high-speed stability.

BFGoodrich Advantage T/A Sport Tire’s full-depth 3D Active Sipe Technology is there to provide increased grip on wet roads. While also the wide circumferential grooves around the tread reduce the risk of hydroplaning.

There’s a noticeable difference in the traction of this model and its predecessor. And clearly, the BFGoodrich Advantage T/A Sport tire has better traction than the previous model. Also, the reduced road noise in the Advantage T/A Sport tire provides a more comfortable ride quality.

Furthermore, there are dual steel belts with nylon reinforcement, and for more strength and stability, a single-ply polyester casing has been added to it. In addition, BFGoodrich offers several 15-18 inch sizes with T, H, and V-speed ratings. And all sizes are backed-up with either a 70K mile or 60K mile warranty depending on the tire’s speed rating.
