This is specially designed to provide superior traction so that you can use it for weekend off-road, as well as the everyday drive on the highway. Furthermore, in its formation, a proprietary tread compound is employed that is intended to improve the tire’s traction on wet or snow-covered pavement.

Warranty
Mastercraft provides a 5-year or 50,000-mile tread life warranty on the Courser AXT. There is also a first 2/32-inch tire uniformity guarantee as well. Meanwhile, materials and workmanship are covered for 5-years and include free tire replacement during the first year or the first 25% of tread wear. The amount is then prorated down to the final 2/32 inch of tread on the tire.
Overall thought
We can conclusively say that Mastercraft has produced a reasonably priced all-terrain Mastercraft Courser AXT tire, which is apparently manufactured under the Cooper Tire umbrella. And it delivers pretty solid overall performance both on or off-road.
On the other hand, you will find its tread design is similar to Cooper AT3, which is also a good tire in itself. If you plan to use the tire in daily driving and the weekend off the path, this Mastercraft Courser AXT tire could be an ideal fit.
It rides well in light mud, sand, gravel, dirt, and grass. It also performs exceptionally well in moderate to heavy snow. But it is not built to deliver you outstanding performance over a rock or rich mud surfaces. So, you better don’t expect much from it in this context.
Although it does not match the level of the other top performers in the all-terrain class, like the BFG T/A KO2, Firestone Destination A/T, or Michelin LTX AT2 Mastercraft Courser, AXT does offer good traction and handling. And may also save your pocket in the process.
